Scraps Stuffs - Random musings from apun ka desh

We were privileged to witness a truly magnificent light show Saturday evening. Since we have a clear view into the distance on the western horizon we usually sit on the terrace on weekend evenings and watch the sunset. There were scattered clouds all around. The light show started around six.

Yellow first. Orange next. Then a light shade of pink. A darker pink next then back to orange. Finally a deep, rich and lovely pink to round it off. The colour of the sky opposite to this, on the eastern horizon, was a lovely deep purplish blue. A striking contrast. We were all awed into silence.

We get to see this rarely, but when it happens, its magic!
